At the Anhui Provincial Advanced Optoelectronic Materials and Systems Industrial Innovation Research Institute in Chuzhou, researchers are tackling multiple cutting-edge technological challenges in the field of infrared detection. This institute is led by a local enterprise recognized as a national-level "specialized and innovative" small giant and has already achieved numerous innovative outcomes.

Committing to advancing technological innovation at a high level, Chuzhou has incorporated the development of high-energy innovation platforms into the city's overall economic and social development plan as a key priority. The city provides comprehensive support in terms of policies, funding, and talent, resulting in the establishment of 409 provincial-level or higher R&D platforms to date. This places Chuzhou third in the province in terms of total number, with over 95% of these platforms being led by enterprises.

To unleash the powerful momentum of "innovation factors," Chuzhou City has further selected 42 enterprises with proprietary core technologies and high-end equipment this year. These enterprises receive targeted support through a four-dimensional cultivation system encompassing "policy, services, platforms, and finance." By focusing on both driving growth through leading enterprises and fostering the clustering of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises, the city aims to establish a tiered cultivation system and a pattern of agglomerated development. From January to September this year, the added value of Chuzhou's high-tech manufacturing industry increased by 19.2% year-on-year, demonstrating strong resilience and potential.
