Recently, the Hefei Public Library located by Swan Lake has begun a trial operation of some floors. In addition to providing the basic functions of a traditional library, this library will also offer a variety of cultural activities and scene experiences to the public once it is fully open, becoming a new landmark of urban culture. 

Reporters in the library saw many designs aimed at enhancing the borrowing experience, incorporating elements of Hefei's local culture to achieve a blend of technology and culture. Standing by the library windows, one can take in the beautiful view of Swan Lake.

The Hefei Public Library covers an area of 56 mu and, once fully completed, will house a collection of one million books. The library plans to continuously enrich its collection each year.
