On July 10th, the exhibition "Gazing at Olympus - The Ideal Life of Ancient Greeks" officially meets with the audience at the Shushan Pavilion (new pavilion) of Anhui Museum.

The "Gazing at Olympus - The Ideal Life of Ancient Greeks" exhibition is the first time that precious collections from the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, Italy, have been displayed in Anhui. It presents over a hundred exquisite cultural relics from the 6th century BC to the 2nd century BC, including large sculptures of ancient Greek mythological figures, as well as pottery, gold artifacts, and other types of relics unique to ancient Greek civilization.

The ancient Greeks constructed their ideal form of life based on mythology. Over 2,000 years ago, ancient Greece and ancient China shone brightly at both ends of the Eurasian continent, contributing to the evolution of human civilization. The Anhui Museum also presents bronze artifacts from the same period in this exhibition, striving to establish a connection and interaction between ancient Greece and ancient China, presenting a landscape of diverse development paths in human civilization to the audience. This exhibition will run from July 10th to October 10th.
