Provincial CPPCC member and chairman of Anhui Gongsheng Logistics Technology Co., Ltd., Lu Lixin, shared his thoughts on the "new quality productive forces inside parcels."
He pointed out that the logistics industry is shifting from a labor‑intensive "physical track" to an intelligence‑driven "cognitive track" based on technology and structural optimization.
